We have three delivery windows: 12-3pm, 3-6pm, and 6-9pm.

We cannot accommodate time constraints within our delivery windows.

100% of our $5 delivery and handling fee goes directly to your bike messenger and is separate from a tip. This fee is ensuring support to the people who bring your order to your door—rain or shine.

$10 shipping fee with a $200 minimum—delivered discreetly to your door.

All local deliveries are cash only. We do not facilitate returns or exchanges. Everything is final sale.

Don't know how much to tip? 10-20% is the usual amount.
